The Wire is an American drama series primarily written and created by David Simon, a former police reporter. Show’s opening theme has been composed by Tom Waits, The Neville Brothers, DoMaJe, Steve Earle and The Blind Boys of Alabama for different seasons and the ending theme “The Fall” by Blake Leyh. The Wire seasons have been shot using Single-camera Camera setup. Originally, it has been broadcasted on HBO channel with 480i SDTV picture and Dolby Digital 5.1 audio format. David Simon, Robert F.
